Your LMS should allow you to customize the content of the certificate. You should be able to modify specific details (like learners’ names, course titles, dates, etc.), embed images and signatures and, if you want, completely customize the design of your certificates.
Your learners want immediate and continuous access to their CME certificate. They want to think about it as little as possible and be assured that they have proof of all completed CME activities. Your LMS should allow your learners to download each certificate immediately and reprint at any time.
Course creation and facilitation are the meat of any learning management system. But, a quality CME activity is only as good as the certificate it earns your learners. Don’t neglect the final step. Give your learners the credit they deserve.
