EthosCE 7.5: Introducing Faculty Management
This week we released EthosCE 7.5. We are excited to announce the following new features and improvements.
Faculty Management
CE and CME faculty management is now part of EthosCE! Faculty management is fully integrated with our course application feature to provide full-lifecycle CE and CME activity management. Add faculty in the application and track them all the way through an activity.
EthosCE gives faculty coordinators the ability to send and track disclosures, speaker forms, faculty bios and documents in a centralized location with a clean user interface.
Administrators may choose from our default forms or design their own forms. We also provide a service to convert your faculty forms—we’ll do all the work for you!
Each speaker gets their own bio page containing their name, credentials, headshot, bio, and CV.

New and Improved Course Pages
The EthosCE course page is now even more beautiful and usable. We’ve listened to customer feedback and conducted usability tests with healthcare professionals to improve the course page experience for both admins and learners. Administratrors now have lots more room for marketing CE and CME courses, and learners can now easily navigate through course descriptions, faculty listing, venue information, and more.
Site Search
Searching for CE or CME courses just got easier in EthosCE. Learners can now filter their search by important data such as date, credits, format and more.
Search now returns results for misspelled words and will also suggest an alternative.
Improvements and Fixes
We’ve also made lots of improvements based on customer feedback. Usability and accessibility has been improved, both for desktop and mobile users and many bugs squashed.
What’s Next?
In the next two quarters we expect to release improvements to the CME course application and CME faculty management features as well as video integrations and a course recommendation system to help improve marketing and revenue generation for CME courses.
